It can be so easy to let fear get the best of me, wondering if Evan is ok in SF. Thankfully, I had planned a trip to visit him, which I still took last weekend (before the order was put into effect) and know he is at least stocked up with food! He lives with 2 roommates and they are all working from home but he feels so far away.
My daughter Nicki, lives in Queens, and while she lives in an apt. building, she lives alone and she feels so far away.
Zach lives here with me for now, and all I want is for all of my kids to be Home.Here.With.Me.
But I can’t control this.
I can’t control what is going on.
All I can control are my thoughts.
From Panic to Possibility
So while I was on my walk, I was thinking about how we can shift from panic to possibility and I recorded a FB live that I would like to share with you. I tried to download it but for some reason it is not working so I pinned it to the top of my Facebook page. The link is below.
Now is the time to tune in to who we are, how we want to show up in the world and how we can bring light and love in to reduce the fear and panic of what is going on in the world around us.

Basically the challenge was to buy their product, drink it 3x a day, eat one meal of salad and a protein, and two snacks: a piece of fruit with a tablespoon of nut butter for one snack, and some sort of fat and protein combo (ie. beef jerky, handful of nuts or avocado) for the other snack. Oh, and to drink one gallon of water a day.
