Ever get that late afternoon crash? You know…3pm rolls around and all of a sudden your eyes get heavy and you are SO tired and you MUST HAVE THAT CUP OF COFFEE OR SODA!
Yeah…that was me too…until:
#1 I started to eat breakfast!
#2 I started to drink more water!
#3 I started to not worry about nuts being fattening and started to enjoy them for a snack!
